We built a bespoke workflow and data processing system that integrates with Bank’s customer-facing and back-office systems and guaranties that BNP operations are fully aligned with Polish, European and corporate compliance law and policies in terms of AML and combating the financing of terrorism.
More than 100,000 new KYC surveys are assessed per month and over 5 million survey results were transfered from the previous system to the new one.
Over 700 branches and 2,000 business users are served by the KYC system, and 3 front-end systems are integrated with the KYC system enabling smoother day-to-day operations.

The KYC System is a tool designed and built to support processes around “Know Your Customer”, anti-money laundering, and combating the financing of terrorism - calculating the risk of each customer and automating next steps accordingly.
The key component of the KYC System is the workflow engine that, depending on the segment and risk, will direct the KYC survey through a set of steps where different departments within the bank who will check the survey and make their decision.
