Crédit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. is a member of the international Credit Agricole banking group. The bank has a wide range of products in its portfolio. The key segment for the bank are consumer finance products (loans and credit cards) which are available in over 12,000 outlets throughout Poland, as well as the agriculture segment.
ITMAGINATION architected and implemented a full data migration of 3 million credit accounts and over 1 million credit cards for a total of 18 migratory flows (from 9 source systems to 4 target systems).
In total, we migrated over 4 billion records, maintaining very high data quality - with only 14 records being rejected out of all migrated records.
Our team was fully responsible for the data transformation, controlling the migration engine (ETL), data validation and reconciliation.
We developed over 650 reconciliation reports, available online in real-time on dedicated dashboards via web browsers during the production migration to assess the quality of migration.
