ITMAGINATION migrated Credit Agricole's data on loans, credit cards, clients, and debt collection to their central banking system. The project was completed very quickly, within the span of 13 months.

Crédit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. is a member of the international Credit Agricole banking group. The bank has a wide range of products in its portfolio. The key segment for the bank are consumer finance products (loans and credit cards) which are available in over 12,000 outlets throughout Poland, as well as the agriculture segment.

Project Summary

ITMAGINATION architected and implemented a full data migration of 3 million credit accounts and over 1 million credit cards for a total of 18 migratory flows (from 9 source systems to 4 target systems).

In total, we migrated over 4 billion records, maintaining very high data quality - with only 14 records being rejected out of all migrated records.

Our team was fully responsible for the data transformation, controlling the migration engine (ETL), data validation and reconciliation.

We developed over 650 reconciliation reports, available online in real-time on dedicated dashboards via web browsers during the production migration to assess the quality of migration.

The Challenge

ITMAGINATION for Credit Agricole Bank Polska, has migrated data on loans, credit cards, clients and debt collection data to the central banking system.

The Solution

ITMAGINATION was fully responsible for data transformation by implementing an original CLIO solution, controlling the migration engine (ETL), data validation and reconciliation.

CLIO provided detailed migration reports, in real time, on a dedicated dashboard, available online via a web browser.

The Results

Migrated over 4.04 billion records, maintaining very high data quality - only 14 records were rejected at CLIO, as planned because the source data was incorrect.
The difference between the main books of the source and target systems - with a total balance sheet total of several billion - was PLN 216, and this difference was correct, agreed with the client.
ITMAGINATION designed and implemented data migration for a total of 18 migratory flows (from 9 source systems to 4 target systems), which included more than 3.2 million credit accounts and over 1.3 million credit cards.
ITMAGINATION has developed over 650 reconciliation reports, available online in real-time on the CLIO dashboard via a web browser, during the production migration to assess the quality of migration.
The project was completed within a short time of 13 months.
