Santander wanted to create native mobile applications to ensure that their users have a great experience using their products that translates across different platforms. The mobile application development was meant to ensure additional user satisfaction, engagement levels, and helping them with banking on-the-go.
Our team developed a custom application for desktop and mobile devices with a unified user experience that is consistent across channels and products.
ITMAGINATION’s 16 consultants, including mobile and backend developers, BA, QAs, and a UX designer, were all involved on a full-time basis in an Extended Delivery Center cooperation model.
The project was divided into 3 stages, ITMAGINATION was responsible for the first of these stages to co-create a strategy, roadmap, and an MVP.
