We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Business Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.

Requirements
- University background oriented to financial/business
- 1-3 years of Business Analysis experience
- Critical: Financial / banking background with prior work experience in CIB or banking institutions, ideally in Markets or FX
- Experience collaborating with technology teams or technology projects
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
- Critical and analytical thinking
- Managing priorities and monitoring capabilities
- Good office knowledge, including Excel and Powerpoint
- Very good command of English (at least B2+) and Polish
