We are looking for team players to fill the Support Team Lead position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.
You can expect:
- leading a team supporting three different systems in the accounting area
- supporting team members and driving practices using modern tools and methodologies
Requirements
- 10+ yrs experience in support and/or development.
- Experience in general service management
- Experience in support team management would be a plus
- Tech knowledge in at least one of these areas would be an advantage: some knowledge of Java, microservices, Openshift, .Net, Spark, Qliksense.
- Good English speaking skills
- Good interpersonal and soft skills
- Communicative and open
- Predisposition to Lead a small team of developers (up to 8 people).
