Requirements
- Min. 5+ years of relevant experience as an Architect
- Experience in a Leader position
- Experience working with PEGA
- PEGA certification, such as Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- Experience in comprehensive PEGA implementation projects, covering the entire project lifecycle
- Proven track record with integrating PEGA with other systems and creating applications and rules in PEGA
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of PEGA applications
- Great communication skills along with team management, decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent English skills both spoken and written
