Requirements
- Min. 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in a Leader position
- Experience working with PEGA
- PEGA certification, such as Pega Certified Business Architect (CBA), Pega Certified Lead Business Architect (LBA)
- Experience integrating Pega with external systems, along with designing and managing data models and SQL databases
- Expertise in optimizing Pega applications for high performance, along with creating custom reports and dashboards to monitor business operations and drive data-driven decisions
- Great communication skills along with team management, decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent English skills both spoken and written
