We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Learning Technology Consultant position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the biotechnology industry.
You can expect:
- Overseeing and performing LMS integrations, creating a well-documented and risk-mitigated process.
- Conducting a thorough risk assessment to identify potential challenges or disruptions that may arise during LMS integrations.
Requirements
• Prior Experience with LMS platforms as an Integration administrator, such as Adobe Learning Manager, Moodle, Blackboard, or similar and xAPIs.
• Work experience on Legacy System Migrations
• Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud and subsystems.
• Ability to manage Salesforce integrations and customization.
• Proficiency in data migration processes and tools.
• Learning and Development (L&D): understanding instructional design, educational technologies, and training methodologies.
• Familiarity with learning analytics and reporting tools (Tableau)
• Proficiency in training users on new systems and features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
