We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Data Engineer position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the pharmaceutical industry.
You can expect:
- driving technical innovation by implementing generative AI technologies and exploring applications in digital health data
- communicating results through reports, presentations, and documentation
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of industry experience in Computer Science, Data Science,
Bioinformatics or related fields
- Strong
background in machine learning, especially for large datasets
- Strong
proficiency in Python, with the ability to mentor and assist the team in
solving complex queries
- Expertise
in SQL, PySpark, and Dask for data engineering and analysis
- Experience in data visualization (large-scale & time series) using Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Proficiency in relational & cloud databases (PostgreSQL, Redshift)
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, digital health & cloud tech (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake)
- Fluency in English - both spoken and written
- Excellent
communication skills and ability to present technical concepts
