We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Head of Global Service Line - Data, Analytics & AI/Gen AI position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the insurance industry.
You can expect:
- Providing strategic vision, direction, and expertise to deliver high-quality Data,Analitycs, and AI/Generative AI solutions
- Defining vision, structure, resources, and operating model to create innovative solutions and meet client needs
- Driving customer value through scalable solutions, continuous improvements, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and managing successful Centers of Excellence (CoE) in Data, Analytics & AI
- Strong background in Data Science, Data Engineering & Generative AI
- Deep understanding of the insurance and financial services
- Senior leadership experience in global roles, managing diverse teams across multiple locations
- Strong experience in engaging C-level executives in large organizations
- Ability to drive efficiency and quality improvements across the organization
- At least Master's degree in Technology or a related field
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- English level of min. C1 (spoken and written)
