We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Business Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.
You can expect:
- Identifying, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
- Creating, maintaining, and managing the Product Backlog
- Leading Scrum ceremonies
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Experience working with banking and financial system, including FOREX
- Experience in requirements gathering and requirements analysis
- Ability to manage a Backlog and conduct business analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN
- Very good communication and analytical skills
- Excellent English skills (at least C1)
Nice to have:
- Certifications in Scrum (PSM I/II)
- Certifications in Business Analysis (CBP, CCBA)
