We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Data Science & AI Manager position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the biotech/pharma industry.
You can expect:
- Independently manage cross-functional and global teams and projects related to Data Science & AI development and operations
- Support the development and execution of DS&AI solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, consulting, market research or academic sectors.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end Data Science & AI projects with measurable business impact.
- Strong knowledge of statistical and AI techniques, including supervised and unsupervised ML, deep learning, NLP, generative AI, and predictive analytics using tools such as Python, R, and SQL. Familiarity with (Cloud) databases and BI/DS&AI platforms (e.g., S3, Athena, SageMaker, Git, Power BI).
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual abilities, combined with a hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong customer orientation, structured work approach, and excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for new working methods and innovative tools.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in German (written and spoken) is required
