We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Java Tech Lead position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the Fintech industry.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java 17+ and Spring Boot
- Proven track record in leading technical teams, ideally in large-scale IT transformation projects
- Experience with modern frontend technologies, specifically React, Redux, and JavaScript (ES6 or later)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with Kafka and Postgres for building scalable, event-driven systems.
- Solid knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
- Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate a team and drive results
- Experience with Gradle, Maven, and automated CI/CD pipelines
- Proficient English communication skills (C1 level)
