We are looking for experienced Senior Pega Developer. This is a high-impact project requiring a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in Pega and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. The project will be delivered in an Agile environment, so flexibility and collaboration are key.
What you can expect:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining complex Pega applications
- Leading technical discussions and mentoring junior team members
- Working closely with product owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
- Ensuring the application meets all business, technical, and security requirements
- Participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega development (Pega 7 or Pega 8)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proficient in Pega BPM (Business Process Management) systems, including designing and developing solutions using Pega PRPC
- Experience with integration technologies and frameworks (SOAP, REST, JMS, etc.)
- Ability to work in a team and lead technical tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher)
