Job Description

ITMAGINATION helps its Clients by becoming a true extension of their software and data development capabilities. Through the readily set up, comprehensive, and self-governing teams, we let our Clients focus on their business while we make sure that their software products and data tools scale up accordingly and with outstanding quality.

We are looking for an experienced L2 Support with Cloud to join our client's team and be responsible for L2 Support in a Microsoft Azure environment.

Requirements

  • Completed training with relevant professional experience or a degree in information technology or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in cloud-based environments with extensive knowledge in operations.
  • Certified: AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Linux, OS administration, networking, databases, virtual machines, containerized applications, and API-based applications.
  • Experience with MS Azure, including App Services, App Gateways, Key Vaults, Functions, PostgreSQL databases, VNETs, Log Analytics, and App Insights. Preferred: Microsoft.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and experience in managing service management and executing surrounding processes.
  • Skills in proactive monitoring, incident response, and technical documentation.
  • Implementation of proactive monitoring techniques, incident response, and creation of technical runbooks.
  • Experience with Azure Native Monitoring Tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, AppInsights, LogAnalytics, Dashboards, Grafana, Zabbix).
  • Ability to write SQL/Postgres queries for data and problem analysis.
  • Previous experience working with medical device software and/or FMC software.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills in a global setting.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
