We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Business Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.
You can expect:
- Gather and refine business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders such as Business, Product Owner, Scrum master and others
- Lead discussion and communication around product releases
- Support test planning and execution, including user acceptance testing
- Act as mentor and thought partner for other analysts and team members
- Contribute to strategic discussion and help shape the product roadmap based on deep understanding of business needs
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in consultancy setting
- Proven experience in the banking sector, particularly in cash management
- Solid knowledge of Agile ways of working (Scrum, SAFe or similar)
- Ability to lead abstract or complex tasks independently
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Self-driven, proactive mindset with hand-on approach to problem-solving
- Excellent English - both spoken and written
