How fast can you help me scale up my team?
We can kick-off projects within 1-2 weeks of our intro call depending on your tech stack and our team's availability.
Generally, we can ramp up your product development to 100% of the agreed capacity within 1 month of kick-off. We have worked with clients where 4 full-stack teams of 10 people each were working on different projects within 6 weeks of kick-off.
What certifications does your team have?

We are also ISO:9001:2015 and ISO/IEC:27001:2013 certified. Our team has additionally voted ITMAGINATION as a Great Place To Work® for 5 years in a row.
How often will I be billed?
We bill our clients once a month using the Time & Material model, where you only pay for the time we worked on a project.
To ensure transparency, efficiency, and cost control, our team works in 2-Week Sprints based on the Agile methodology using the Scrum framework so you are always up to date with the progress of the project.
Do you require a minimum time commitment?
We generally require that we sign a contract for a period of at least 3 months. Make sure to get in touch with our sales team if you have questions regarding any adjustments we can make to this point.
What are the advantages of the Time & Material model?
Our team works using the Agile methodology in 2-week Sprints based on the Scrum framework where the outcomes and budget consumption are presented. We also have a steering committee meeting once a month at least.
This approach provides great cost control during the project and reduces the total project cost compared to the Fixed Price model and allows our team to be flexible, accountable, and able to quickly adjust to any changes in the project.
This is why we only bill our clients using the Time & Material model, where you only pay for actual work done.
