As we approach the end of another year, it's a moment for introspection and gratitude at ITMAGINATION. We recognize the importance of contributing positively to the wider community, a principle that lies at the heart of our ethos.
In this spirit, we are humbled to extend our support and comitting a total donation amount of €10,000 to three causes close to our hearts.
We are humbled and honored to be giving back to the community by donating €10,000 Euros to three causes close to our hearts.
We are making this donation on behalf of all our clients as a token of our gratitude for their continued trust and because we believe that the best gift of all is the gift of giving.
Acting as the face of our company in their daily interactions with clients, our team members embody the values and ethos of both our company and our clients. This deep connection with our clients is why we entrusted them with the significant task of selecting the causes we support this year.
The holiday season is usually full of gifts. I’m very proud that at ITMAGINATION we started a new tradition last year.
Instead of sending our clients gifts, we decided to donate a significant amount of money on their behalf to those who will benefit from it. This year, we asked our Team Members to select a few NGO’s and causes they personally support. Their response and engagement exceed our expectations.
We donated to 3 causes, accordingly to the percentage of votes each of them gathered from our team.
Sylwia Bil - Head of People at ITMAGINATION
Born in 2019, Zuzanna Bereza was diagnosed with a rare congenital heart defect and Williams syndrome, leading to severe health complications. Following successful heart surgery in Boston in 2021, her condition unexpectedly worsened, with her aorta dangerously narrowing. The family now faces an urgent need for another life-saving operation at Boston Children’s Hospital. They are appealing for financial support to raise 1.5 million Polish Zloty for the surgery. Zuzanna's story highlights the ongoing challenges and resilience in the face of severe pediatric health conditions.
Zuzanna's mother, Natalia Bereza, used to work at ITMAGINATION a few years ago as a previous colleague of ours.
Based on our team's votes, we donated €7,900 to Zuzanna's fund.
The mission of the SYNAPSIS Foundation is to provide professional help to children and adults with autism and their families and to develop systemic solutions that will improve the quality of their lives.
The foundation operates in Poland, creating and engaging in numerous projects, campaigns, and training aimed at improving the quality of life of children, adults on the autism spectrum, and their family members.
Based on our team's votes, we donated €1,500 to Synapsis.
Bellingcat is an independent investigative collective of researchers, investigators and citizen journalists brought together by a passion for open source research.
Founded in 2014, they have pioneered the use of open source research methods to investigate a variety of subjects of public interest. These range from the shooting down of flight MH17 over eastern Ukraine to police violence in Colombia and the illegal wildlife trade in the UAE.
Their research is regularly referenced by international media and has been cited by several courts and investigative missions. They design and share verifiable methods of ethical digital investigation.
By publishing walkthroughs to open source research methods and holding tailored training sessions on their use for journalists, human rights activists and members of the public, they’re broadening the scope and application of open source research.
Based on our team's votes, we donated €600 to Bellingcat.
If you have the means to support, please consider giving to Zuzanna's Fund, Synapsis, or Bellingcat.
Our donation is a small way of saying thank you to our clients and giving back to the community.
From all of us at ITMAGINATION, we wish you and your loved ones a festive holiday season and a Happy New Year!
