We're excited to announce that ITMAGINATION is a winner of the Best Workplaces Poland for 2023! The award ceremony is organized by Great Place to Work® - an organization that has been supporting brands around the world for years in changing their workplaces for the better.
The nominated organizations are selected from among the companies that have received the Great Place to Work® certification over the past year. ITMAGINATION has been certified for the fourth year in a row - ever since 2019.
Our team first took part in the Great Place to Work® study in 2019 to improve the quality of working conditions and meet our team's expectations. Thanks to the positive feedback from employees, ITMAGINATION was awarded the Great Place to Work® certificate on the first attempt.
We have consequently been certified 4 years in a row and have won the Best Workplaces award every year since 2021, marking our third consecutive year. This is a testament to our continued work to improve ITMAGINATION for our team and ultimately for our clients on our mission to accelerate innovation.
The Great Place to Work® Institute Inc. has been operating since 1992 and carries out research among companies from 150 countries around the world. In order to qualify for the Great Place to Work® certificate and the Best Place to Work competition, a company must pass a positive test among its employees and exceed the certification threshold of at least 65% in the Trust Index © survey.
After getting certified, the company is automatically nominated in the competition. To qualify as a winner, it must reach an even higher percentage. Ultimately, it is the employees' assessment and their positive responses that have the greatest impact on whether the company has a chance to win.
