Requirements:

Solid basics in math, algorithms and one programming language
Occasional need for support in delivering technical tasks
Perspective to become a self driven specialist in no more than two years
Effectively looking up information to solve problems
Ablity to read and write documentation
Basic SQL scripts

Nice-to-have:

Certificates such as Azure Fundamentals, Azure Data Fundamentals or AWS Cloud Practitioner
Basic knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Requirements:

Knowledge and adherence to coding and data architecture guidelines
Ability to take responsibility for individual tasks
Ability to solve problems individually
Readiness to propose solutions for averagely complicated tasks
Experience implementing, developing, or maintaining either Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, or Big Data systems
Advanced knowledge of at least one scripting language (eg. SQL, DAX, MDX, Python)
Can optimize slow dashboards/queries

Nice-to-have:

Experience with one of data cloud solution
Conceptual logical and physical data models
Ability to define develpoment process standards, principles and methods
Certificates such as Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203), Administering Relational Databases on Microsoft Azure (DP-300), Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate (DP-500), Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), AWS Certified Database – Specialty, AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty

Ability to verify candidates in the hiring process
Proactively suggest new improvements and visualization techniques to business users
Competence to create conceptual logical and physical data models and defining standards, principles, and methods to guide the development
Ability to create efficient data solutions in the cloud
Experience designing and executing data migration processes

Nice-to-have:

Experience with cloud solutions for Big Data (Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift)
Experience supporting Data Scientists (Machine Learning)
Organizational and technical experience in corporate data management (Data Governance)
Ability to write own plugins or display elements
