Delivery Coordination

Delivery Coordinators are responsible for the overall management, support, and development of the assigned team, securing individuals' work continuity, capacity planning, supporting individual development, processing replacements, preparing periodical status reports, and ensuring the formal documentation is valid and up-to-date.
In addition, Delivery Coordinators coordinate cooperation with Clients, ensuring proper and smooth communication as well as providing good insight into Clients' needs and requirements.

As Chief Delivery Officer, I am responsible for overseeing the timely execution of projects and the quality of solutions delivered. Additionally, together with the Competence Center team, I am in charge of establishing and adhering to the highest quality standards.

Privately, in my free time I practice endurance sports (triathlon), which I try to combine by participating in competitions with my passion for exploring new places.
