I’ve been working in recruitment more or less since my university days, which was ages ago 😊.

I changed my career path for a while but then came back again 😊. In my career, I was lucky to have a chance to prove myself in various fields, both in IT and in other industries.

Despite theoretical changes in my positions, each of them was intertwined with recruitment. I explored it from the sourcer’s side, as well as from the hiring manager’s perspective.

This journey allows me to see how business should work and how important the role of a recruiter is in it. I believe that despite dynamic changes in the market or the complexity of business, a lot still depends on the recruiter’s ability to communicate with candidates.

On a daily basis, I have a wonderful opportunity to improve my skills and share my experience with a great team!
